Why train at Southpaw?

By combining boxing with strength, speed, and agility training Southpaw Training Center will up your fitness level whether you’re an elite athlete, a weekend warrior, or just someone who wants to be in the best shape of their life.


Owner/Boxer/Trainer Jamie McGrath won the New York Golden Gloves 3 times and became a world boxing champ after winning in Finland. Training and helping clients unlock their mental and physical power is her passion. She has worked with professional and collegiate athletes, children as young as 6, and men and women who just want to lose weight and be in top physical condition. Clients achieve results they never thought possible.


No matter your age or level of fitness, when you come to Southpaw, you are part of a family. Small group training, less than 10 people per class, allows for one-on-one coaching with Jamie and the support and camaraderie of the group.


Southpaw will help you reach the next level in your fitness journey, giving you an edge in sport and in life.

    Punches to push-ups to punches


    TShane Johnson CRUSHED the one hour push-up world record!! He completed 3,050 pushups in one hour, beating the former record by 131 push-ups!


    It has been an honor to train TShane at Southpaw!

    He is now training for his first fight!! We went from Punches to Push-Ups and now we're going Push-Ups to Punches!!

    Our workouts by nature are safely spaced and all equipment is wiped down thoroughly following  every class  


    Please Note: private and small group sessions are available if you would like to train with us.
